La Doctora Martha Porras a través de escrito de septiembre de 2010, actuando como representante legal de Salud Total EPS, requiere se inicie un incidente de desacato sobre la orden relativa a la unificación de planes de beneficios, prevista en el numeral 22 de la sentencia T-760/08.
La Corte aclara que en el momento está evaluando la implementación, puesta en marcha y ejecución de las diversas órdenes de carácter general incluidas en la sentencia mencionada, por lo tanto es inoportuno iniciar el trámite solicitado.

- PRIMERO. En los términos anotados en esta providencia, NO ACCEDER a la solicitud de inicio del incidente requerido por Martha Milena Porras Salas, representante legal de Salud Total EPS-S. A través de Secretaría General, notifíquese a la memorialista sobre esta decisión.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, DAR TRASLADO, por el término de tres (03) días, al Ministerio de la Protección Social y a la Comisión de Regulación en Salud (CRES) del documento cursado por la EPS-S Salud Total, en el que se censura el Acuerdo 08 de 2010 y la Resolución 2042 de 2010, y se expone el incumplimiento de la sentencia T-760 de 2008.
